Clean apartment New building (1 year)

No air conditioning nor fans (they should provide fans)

It's good

No AC and No Lift, I carried on my 6 large bags to 2nd floor by stairs :(

Tha appartment is very new, nice, clean and comfortable. The bed is really comfortable as well. I will consider it for sure for my future stays in Brunico

There is no curtain in the bathroom window.

Overall, the apartament was nice, equipped and lighted. The balcony was spacious, the neighbourhood quiet & pleasant.

The mattress was super soft and so were the pillows. We would have preferred a firmer option - this way we had a hard time getting rest - but maybe this is what we are used to. The apartment lacked a corkscrew, so we had trouble opening wine bottles. The host wasn't super responsive, some of the communication went unseen. It would be a good idea to have a lock on the inside - we would have felt safer, moreover given the code - access.

Good facilities and good for family of 6-8 people

Our apartment is located half on the basement and half on the ground floor so there is no view.

Door codes were a perfect solution, ski storage was great with lockers and a lot of space. Apartment was clean, very nicely set, warm and very comfortable. Kitchen equipment is basic but we had all we needed. Big sunny terrasse. Location is good, close to the ski bus and driving distance to the city. Friendly and quiet area. Owner was very responsive, supportive and kind even if we only spoke on the phone.

Very good apartment, has plenty of space, you can spend cozy evenings with friends in a studio quality of furniture and appliances is quite good, bed is comfortable. And apartment is warm. Very satisfied

Ski depot can be improved a little. It was not warm enough in my opinion.

The apartment is very pleasant, clean, new equipment, quiet location, parking in front of the house, I recommend it
