"The apartment is good but make sure you’ve got the correct address"

The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed

The owner omitted to tell me the correct address! I was told it was 16 when in fact it was 16 D. This made a huge difference and I spent several hours in the middle of the night trying to find it. Plus a pneumatic drill directly outside my apartment for the first two days with no warning I found unacceptable. Plus his attitude was dreadful.
