Super nice owner and cook, this is more akin to a bed and breakfast with optional dinner. The rooms are super comfy, bathrooms are modern and spotless, breakfast is fantastic and Gina’s cooking for dinner is not to be missed, highly recommended and access to local beaches like around Praia a Mare

When we arrived we were greeted by two adorable dogs, Lucy and Theo. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, tranquil, yet close enough to many beautiful Calabrian beaches and lively Diamante in the evening. It was very clear how much thought went into every single detail at this exquisite property, truly a dream! We have been coming to Calabria since we were little and we just found this hidden gem. Gina the chef takes care of guests as if they were her own children and everything she prepares for food is homegrown, made with love, and divine! We ate the best food at La Pastorella. Claudia the owner is very kind and well known in the town of Maierà. We are in love with this place and will be returning. We felt at home.

C'est l'endroit le plus élégant et stylé que nous ayons eu en Calabre, tout y est d'un goût exquis ! La vue est merveilleuse, le petit-déjeuner extra, Les oreillers moelleux à souhait.

La chambre un peu petite La route étroite, sinueuse et stressante pour y arriver.
