* Though the place looks a little run down but the room has everything you need for the short stay * Staff initially didn’t seem very friendly or helpful but i might have judged the book too quickly. She ended up letting us check in early as there happened to be spare rooms so thank you. She was fluent in Mandarin so it helped in our communication

* If you’re more particular about comfort of the bed, the bed felt more like sleeping on a plastic bed haha but sleep-able * No lift so you need to be prepared to lug your luggage up multiple flights of stairs

It’s not the kind of place you’d usually pick for a vacation, since most of the guests aren’t typical tourists. But like all of Seoul, the area feels super safe, day and night. There are tons of cheap food spots nearby, and the price is good for South Korea. The room had everything we needed—and even a few extras we weren’t expecting like a big tv, and more. The lovely lady who welcomed us did her best to communicate, even though she only speaks Korean. When we asked to stay longer than what we’d booked on Booking, she even gave us a better price per night without us asking. A great option to know Seoul in a cheap way.
