IOLETTA HOUSE

Location good for us as we wanted to be near the station to travel to other towns. It was about 20 mins walk to the centre which was fine. Supermarkets and restaurants local. Helpful host.

A few niggles - top of the kettle was broken, no bags for the plastic/glass collections but nothing major.

- it's clean - it's spacy - it's equipped properly

- need to replace the kettle! it's dangerous! the cap falls off, hot water will spill on your hands - bedroom form the street, it's loud at night! You can hear scooters at 6:00am, You won't get much sleep... - second bathroom is not too good... the smell, it's too small.. - not enough bedsheets :/ it's cold in may! :/

Everything was perfect. The area was calm and friendly. The apartment was really pretty, clean and it was comfortable for 7 people 2 children inclued.

Large flat with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers & toilets. Fully equiped kitchen, ( now we've donated a cork screw ) Comfortable, spacious, really excellent. Good beds with cotton sheets. Windows, balcony door open. Very good security, would defeat a zombie invasion! Short walk to bus and train station, Penny and Conrad supermarkets 5 minutes away. Radiators for the Winter so nice and warm, Aircon for the summer.

It was a lovely stay for us! Carmelo and his brother were a very nice, gave us very good and delicouse tips for food and drinks, and we hab no problems at all! If we come again to Catania we will definitly stay here again!!

Everything was perfect

The property was very clean and the host he was very responsive regarding some recommendations about where to go.

I highly recommend choosing this apartment, first of all it is really well-organised, clean, a lot of supplies to use (wine, water). Secondly the owner takes care of its guests, is easy to communicate to. The apartment itself is really close to public transport and other attractions.
