Location

The location is great — close to the train station, the bus, and the ships. The manager was very welcoming, and the owner replied to our questions very fast over the text messages. The flat is rather spacious and is facing a silent street. There are blinds that allow you to sleep in the dark. There is air-conditioning.

The flat needs a renovation, it is in a bad condition. In particular, the kitchen was in a bad state, some things dirty. When we arrived, the manager warned us that the stove did not work properly, but we were counting on it, so it was an unexpected inconvenience. The shower drain did not work well, the water gathering at your feet. Some of the powersockets seemed dangerously shaky, not properly installed. The flat felt rather uncozy. It is the ground floor, so it might be nice in summer, but in winter, it's too cold.

7mins from the train station & in the city center also the port. That makes us to go around by walking everywhere. We didn’t use kitchen facilities but very well equipped. Laundry machine is useful too.

Were used to the hard bed so it’s little soft side for us but wasn’t issue.

Close to supermarket, public beach, train station, center, and port. A/C, washing machine, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed

The location included a washer which was very useful. The host was wonderful and the location was perfect for movement throughout the Italy coastal area.

We enjoyed our stay and didn’t dislike anything.
