Nice decoration, good location.

The sheets hadn’t been changed (there were hair on them) There weren’t enough towels for all of us. The owner wanted to charge 5 euros just so that we could let our luggage there before check in. The owner wasn’t quick at replying to our messages. The owner controlled the opening of the front door, so if I didn’t have enough battery at that time or if she was late at replying (which she was) we couldn’t get in at time. The owner controlled the AC at night (it was very cold and she closed it until the morning)

Solo ed esclusivamente la posizione

Non sono solito recensire negativamente ma qui si è davvero passato il limite data la poca empatia del proprietario e vorrei avvertire i prossimi ospiti. Appartamento freddo. Causa: - finestre che non garantiscono un adeguato isolamento (con infiltrazioni d’aria e rumori esterni - che giá di per sè sarebbero abbastanza per un soggiorno a fine dicembre) - Climatizzatore non a disposizione dell’ospite. Sarà il proprietario a decidere quando e come non aver freddo a quanto pare: appartamento a 18 gradi per lei è un adeguatamente riscaldato - Acqua calda da utilizzare a turno con l’altra suite! Sì! Dalla suite di fronte alla vostra, da perfetti sconosciuti dipenderà se possiate o meno usufruire del servizio doccia calda! (Non ci credevo nemmeno io) (Detto questo arroganza e scortesia sono sovrane! Deposito bagagli (mai pagato in nessun altra città/paese/continente) 5€! + letto pagato per matrimoniale che sarebbero due lettini singoli uniti + luci dello specchio in bagno non funzionanti Detto questo Girate lontani

The location is great. It is located in a quite central part of Verona but still a few steps away from the busy streets, so it was also quiet in the evening. There was a grocery store right in front of the gate. The room I got looked really lovely. The host was really nice and friendly, and there's no problem for me to communicate with her on whatsapp.

Some minor issues with the shower. The design was beautiful, but it also was also prone to the water spilling after the shower. Also, the hot water was a bit limited, which was fine for me since it was just me staying. But it might be difficult if there were more people, as it was a tripple room. But again, it didn't really affect my stay.

La stanza è in un' ottima posizione centrale ma in un contesto tranquillo. C' è una piazzetta con un supermercato e l' appartamento si trova al primo piano di un edificio molto carino. La stanza è pulita e molto accogliente, arredata con buon gusto e non manca nulla!
