We had wonderful experience here. They have almost everything that you need in a home. A dishwasher, microwave and standard oven, washing machine, plus a fantastic Japanese toilet. Cooking wares, utensils, you name it! They also made extra effort to provide toys, high chair and utensils for our toddler, aside from the extra crib. The surroundings is tranquil with view of the mountains, and vineyard. They also have a grill, table, chairs outside and a Jacuzzi, which is great in the summer, we were there in December, so we had no chance to use it. The owner Fabio was friendly, considerate, approachable and kind. A family friendly abode. Check in was also easy, the video instructions is a great idea, was easy to follow. They also provided brochures on places to visit in the area. All I can say is... Super!

During our stay there, at the parking lot, it smelled a bit of cat poo or something similar. Also the empty buildings next to the apartment and the rough road leading to the apartment were quite creepy at night. But those were just minor things. Almost nothing to not like.

One of the best apartments we've been to. A wonderful apartment in a beautiful location without traffic, which is great if you have children or want peace. Everything is clean and tidy, and the host is polite and always ready to help. There are many things worth seeing nearby.

Our stay at this accommodation was nothing short of excellent and exceeded all expectations. The place is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained, yet it retains a wonderful senee od authenticity. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, always available to assist uš throughtout stay. Choosing this place truly madr our vacation a nemoralne and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, great amenities, got tub and coffee machine, with beautiful rooms and lighting.

What a delight! Fabio has spared no expense on the renovation of this historic property with every thoughtful and luxurious touch you could hope for - induction cooktop, Japanese toilets, washer dryer combo, the list goes on. Fabio is also very responsive to any questions or issues. My favourite accommodation so far. Would definitely stay again.

My only issue was it takes a long time for the water to get hot in the shower. We were on the top floor, so I suspect it takes a while for the pipes to heat up on the long journey. Fabio is onto already, and says he can send higher temp water, so will probably be sorted for the next guests.
