- well equipped - quiet location - plenty of space in the house - kitchen has literally everything you need - very clean place - large bathroom - comfortable bed - no problem with parking - welcome gift from the host and good communication

- lack of towel racks - washing machine could use deep cleaning or replacement, we tried to clean the rubber after previous guests
