Cleanliness. The place was filthy, mould on shower and bathroom, ants everywhere, dust on aircon, and red horse bottle under the sink.

Location good

I was not given an info about the unit number, and the security guard does not have any info about our coming . Our stay was not registered before our coming so on the day, we waited outside for awhile until the agent around 30-45 minutes. Then we get to accommodation . Then , theres not enough towels for all of us and one of the bedroom door is broken (unit 506). And the agent said she is coming back to give us more towels and bring water for the dispenser maybe but she did not come back. And in the check out , there is no safe place to put the key back because the mailbox where left the keys is actually broken. So someone can just get it, and open the unit. So this needs to be change.
