Standard accommodation for the price. One of the cheapest in Košice. The apartment is new. The sofa and bedsheets need replacement in my opinion. Overall good stay and the owner was polite and organized.

Nothing.

This was the worst apartment I have ever booked. The towels looked like they had been used to wash the floor and then been dipped in dirt. The sofa was COVERED with a million unknown stains. The TV didn't work. Terrible heat because there is no air conditioning or fan. At 7 am we woke up from the terrible noise of repair work in the yard and this unbearable noise continued all day. But the worst thing is the owner of this apartment. He is rude, aggressive and not polite. To my request to replace the towels, he replied that today was a day off and no one would do it until Monday, and if I don’t like something, I can leave the apartment right now. The next morning he came unannounced with new towels and demanded to take a photo of my and my children's passports on his phone. In response to my ban on taking photos of my passports, he began to threaten me to throw out my things, yelled and take away my keys. This is a very aggressive person and it is dangerous to be in this apartment. He can come at any moment and just kick you out. Definitely do not recommend this accommodation.
