La casa ha una vista davvero pazzesca

Il bagno è davvero piccolo e le foto ingannano un po'. La casa avrebbe bisogno di una risistemata. Il prezzo è eccessivo, considerando che non siamo in alta stagione, abbiamo pagato un totale per 2 notti di 210 euro esclusa la colazione.

"Geweldige keuze om na het drukke Rome ‘s avonds thuis te komen!"

Appartement heeft twee mooie, grote terrassen met frontaal zeezicht! Locatie is supperrustig, met alle nodige faciliteiten, supermarkten en openbaar vervoer op wandelafstand. Beachbar Hakuna Matata is letterlijk slechts enkele minuten stappen.

Het appartement bevindt zich in een oudere blok, maar is zelf volledig gerenoveerd.

Mieszkanie ma wspaniały widok na morze z obu tarasów. Mieszkanie na ostatnim piętrze, ale klimatyzacja działa :) Łazienka trochę malutka, ale ma to, co powinna mieć. Idealnie nadaje się, aby odpoczywać na plaży i na wypady do Rzymu - spokojnym spacerkiem można dotrzeć do stacji Metromare, skąd dotrzemy do Rzymu. Podróż komunikacją miejską do Watykanu trwała około 1,5 godziny z (jedną przesiadką). Zaraz obok mieszkania są publiczne plaże. Wieczorem jest spokojnie i nie ma problemu z zaparkowaniem swojego samochodu (w dzień z parkowaniem jest trudniej ze względu na bliskość morza). Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.

przydałby się jakiś stolik z krzesłami na drugim tarasie, brakuje ekspresu do kawy i kieliszków do wina (nie spodziewaliśmy się, że będzie tylko jeden kieliszek)
