gd location... new hotel... hotel staff acceptably frdly... surrounded by large foodcourt,mini mall n many small eatery shops... caught by suprised d iz liquor shop@duty free nx to hotel

rm air con abit weak

The location is near to food court, and batam grand mall. The room is big enough for 2 person

Some yellow and black stubborn stain on towel and bed sheet. And I asked to change another towel also came with yellow yellow dirty one wueekkkk. The cup also very dirty, like got clumpy coffee around the rim, and inner have yellow dono what things inside. The table also very small. The room also not so well isolated, in the early morning can hear some one shouting and laughing very loudly. Very annoying! Overall, no more next time Thank you.

Room is so clean and comfortable.Aircon is new and so good.Wifi is so good.Shower is comfortable.Stuff is so kind. They kindly kept my luggage before and after check-in.Breakfast is so tasty.Especially,Soup and Nasi goreng and Mie goreng and Telor dadaor and desert and fruit.

Shower room is a bit not clean.

Everything perfect.My family and I very satisfied with everything.We will return again to here.Cheers!!!😘
