NZExcellent communication and a really nice house. The kitchen was well setup, and the house was warm and dry. We enjoyed the hot spa pool.
Only a small thing - the noise in the small single room was quite hard to sleep through. The fans from both the internet equipment in the room, and the air conditioning units outside the window were loud. It would help to leave that window shut. It would be nice to have a lock on the sliding door to the hallway shower.

AUThe property was perfect for our group with mixed age group from 70, 50, 20s, & teenagers. Having so much to entertain the younger members - spa, pool table, swimming pool, table tennis, bbq meant we didn't have to go out to entertain younger members all day. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. All spaces had such generous appliances. Directly across the road from the airport for those flying in and out of there. If looking for a property in Rotorua you must stay here! I note they can lock doors off to make smaller spaces for smaller groups but we had whole property for large group & we loved it. Beautiful views out to the lake & was cool to watch planes coming in & out of the tarmac. Although on highway & across from airport, house well soundproofed so noise not an issue.
The advertising needs to be adjusted - advertising said it housed 11 people but was advised direct we could only have 9 people.
NZBeautifully appointed, plenty of space and things to do to keep the whole whanau entertained.
Maybe some instructions for the induction cooktop for those that aren't familiar with invisible controls, took a bit of googling to get it sorted.
