"Please buy new bed those bed were horrible."

The property was very clean

The bed was very bad as a result we wake up with back pain and we had to buy back pain tables at clicks.

It was clean and accommodating....

Never book there if you want a quiet place....the noise is unbearable, from traffic to tenants playing loud music....the host is rude....then the security guard accused us of making noise while it was not us....we informed the guard that it wasn't us but he started to threaten us yoh I'm never going back there again. No netflix or dstv....unless you have an account. No value for money from my side. It's quite expensive for nothing. The windows had tape on them we couldn't open them, imagine in this heat...

"Unempathetic Management relaying poor customer care."

The noise from the main road. The aggressive and unempathetic customer service and traces of racism from the afrikaaner manger.

Mhhh the place Really felt like a Home away for Home...

Nothing much but for the betterment of the guesthouse I would give positive criticism... Mybe they should Get new Towels nd provide toiletries soap... But the wasn't anything wrong everything was Perfect
