A good location, all the sightseeings are nearby. Host was extremely hospitable and left in the apartment everything what you may require for your short trip.

It was very clean and accessible, provided with essentials such as towels and milk.

Giuseppe was very kind, he gave me a lot of details about the location and also answered all of my questions about the house and restaurant suggestions very quickly. Besides that, the house was super-clean, he had left a souvenir for me and a looot of delicious things for breakfast and also good coffee. It was raining and there were also umbrellas I could use. The location is about 4 minutes walk from the major objectives - Ursino Castle and Piazza Duomo. It's about 9 minutes walk from the main bus station. I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

The only downside is the fact that there is a bit of humidity and you can also smell it but after living in Italy for a year and being in houses situated in the historical parts of the cities, there is no solution for that, it's just the way it is almost everywhere and the charm of the house and its location are definitely worth it. Also, Giuseppe took care of the smell with some air freshener.

Breakfast included is just super market groceries, which were okay.
