Posada Gloria

Die Posada Gloria liegt sehr schön im Colca Canyon. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick vom Fenster unseres Zimmers auf die Berge. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Es gibt neue Zimmer, die sehr komfortabel sind und sogar eine eigenes Badezimmer haben.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mitten in der Natur mit hervorragendem Abendessen und Fruehstueck. Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer mit grosser Fensterfront. Die Betreiber sind sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.

The room was really comfortable with a modern private bathroom for an amazing price! The garden and the view were beautiful and a great place to chill! The food was really really good! Only downside was that the shower was only lukewarm rather than hot.

Le prix de la chambre, relativement cher comparé aux autres établissements similaires. La gérante n’est vraiment pas arrangeante. Comme nous avions décidé de partir tôt pour le dernier jour de marche (vivement conseillé pour éviter la chaleur), nous avons gentiment demandé s’il était possible soit d’avoir un petit déjeuner plus tôt, soit d’avoir quelques choses en emporter. Ni l’un ni l’autre n’était possible. L’unique solution était d’acheter des sandwiches hors de prix (encore une fois, par rapport aux autres commerces). Les chambres sont très bien mais tout les à côtés (bouteille d’eau, snack, repas,…) coûtent relativement chers sachant que nous venions d’un autre village similaire (Llahuar) où tout a coûté moitié prix !

Very beautiful stay and very kind hosts. Beautiful views over the Canyon and comfortable rooms. Also very nice food. Definitely recommend!
