"Locatie moderna la intrarea in Cluj dinspre A3."

Amplasarea proprietatii este buna pentru cei ce vor sa stea in zona dar sa evite aglomeratia din centru, accesul dinspre autostrada A3 este facil. Apartamentul este bine utilat, curat, pretul este accesibil. Magazinul Carrefour Express de la parter e un mare bonus. Parcarea este vis a vis de intrarea in bloc, zona este linistita, dar dimineata iesirea la drumul national este foarte aglomerata.

Ar fi fost util un cuier in baie. Pernele sunt foarte moi, este posibil ca unora sa nu le placa.

The apartment is very big and spacious. There are tvs in every room. The view is nice. The balcony is very pretty
