SpringHill Suites Thatcher

Pros: the staff were so excellent- from the young man at the reception to the cleaning staff were so, so friendly and helpful, the room square footage was large, and the lobby was very clean and impressive. We had options when we checked in on the weekend of first or second floor rooms, we chose first and the ceilings were high, it was very spacious.

Cons- the bed was not comfortable ( hard mattress, linens covering were thin, and the whole mattress would creak and move) , apparently there are not designated quiet hours, the room was clean-ish ( my three year old found a ring and an odd metal spring in the room along with crackers from somewhere ), and breakfast was limited. We had options of scrambled eggs, a waffel, or breakfast sandwich of english muffin egg and white cheese. Other options were bananas and yogurt, and cereal. No meat options unfortunately, not even turkey bacon/sausage.
