AULack of correspondence and response from propery owner/ manager. Aircon were not working since day 1, made complaints but not resolved. No water on day 1. No electricity and had to wait hours to get it sorted, as all others neighbours had and owner did not pay for bills. Washing machine provided not working.

Awful facilities! The TV was broken, the washing machine didn’t work properly, no microwave in the kitchen as listed, outdated stove, no electricity at night til morning as it used money tokens (which is not the guests’ responsibility to top up). The worst part was no support and no response from the staff after we complained.
