Swimming pool, clean rooms, did a good job of cleaning rooms while we were away,

Lack of ventilation in the bathroom, kitchen was not sealed, hair dryer and iron in every room, the narrow alley to the room is a little inaccessible.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, outdoor area was lovely, rooms very spacious and cool, comfortable beds.

Pool needs some love, rooms could have been cleaner, shower walls were not very clean and hair still in the drain. Main toilet didn’t flush very well. Although it would suit some, having younger children in upstairs rooms by themselves away from us was a little concerning, I ended up sleeping away from my husband, upstairs with the kids.

The villa itself is fantastic, the staff are good and supportive.

We know that this is tropical city and there will be a lot of creatures. However, the amount of geckos, frogs and other animals “i don’t want to say which “is too much

Great staff, great location

The villa is clean, quiet and comfortable. It has everything that we need. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. We requested for hair dryer and it was sent out to the villa the next morning. Check in and check out process was smooth.

If you rent a car, this place can not accommodate on site parking as the villa is only accessible by foot. We didn't drive, so this was not an issue to us. A lot of mosquito, however the villa provided insect repellant and baygon. We sprayed the room 1 hr before we sleep.
