The apartment had everything we needed from linen, cutlery, and coffee machines. Sittingroom with large TV. Kitchen with all necessary appliances. The bathroom had a small shower for me. I am a large lady. However, it is standard size for anyone else. Plus a washing machine. Very comfortable bedroom and bed again with TV. Spares of everything AND air-conditioning throughout. The patio area had a table, chairs with sun umbrella including loungers. There were cupboards where cleaning equipment was kept. A modern and up-to-date apartment. Mrs RODI, who met us on arrival, was helpful, gave clear information, and kindly offered her help with anything. The owner who came to meet us on our departure was so nice. We would happily recommend her properties. Plus, if we return to Palermo, this is where we would stay. The apartment was on the 4th floor and is a loft conversion, access via lift to 3rd floor, then door and one flight of stairs into the apartment. Palermo is a sightseeing city with wonderful places to visit. The apartment is very central. North, south, east or west you could reach any attraction within 10 min walk. A great little cafe/sandwich shop called the Sicilian on the corner next to the apartment served the best spritzer. Lemoncello, my fav. Slight downside we had brought the wrong plug adaptor but easily sorted. As the apartment is so central on the Via Roma traffic noise, it could be heard late at night, but Palermo is a busy city. We really enjoyed the apartment and Palermo.

The apartment is very pretty and in a central location, but still quiet enough. The very hot August weather didn't allow for the use of a nice little terrace which was a bit of a shame. The host Alessandra was charming and helpful and responded to all our inquiries within moments.

It was very spacious and clean, with very comfortable bedrooms It is very well located and the owner was very kind providing very useful indications about the main sites in the city.

There was a strong cigarette smell in the bedroom. The shower is very small. You have to bend in order to see your face in the mirror of the bathroom.

Very comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished apartment near the Vucciria traditional market. We were welcomed warmly by Alessandra's friend Rodi, who was super helpful and kind. The flat is in a perfect position to explore the center of Palermo.
