Staff members were very polite and respectful. Food was awesome. Room excellent

The rooms are better than decent, the bed and towels are excellent, and the hot water was great.

This hotel was actually still under construction, generally I’d give this a pass, but things went downhill from there. Internet existed, but did not have the range to get to my room, additionally no one seemed to know the password. Despite a locked door staff were able to enter my room whilst I was in the shower. The battery in the fire alarm was pinging and staff were ambivalent about replacing it. Construction work on the floor above continued well into the night finishing sometime after 11pm. And staff knocking on the door to see if I wanted food from the restaurant at 11:15pm which I suspect was a malicious act by the manager after I suggested the construction work might want to stop.
