"Cagayan de Ora"

Outstanding location and facilities. Everything within easy reach, locals were their usual friendly selves.

A few minor problems that were taken care of within a couple of days, nothing to spoil a fantastic holiday.

Needs a lot of follow-up just to provide an OR and eventually, failed to provide OR. Room was untidy. Slow response/action of the owner. Takes a lot of time just to coordinate who can clean the room. Failed to provide full details like where to park and the exact address of the property. Customer service is near non-existent.
