Property is ok but the staff is rude and pathetic they only lie abt the facilities

Staff is very bad even the services are very poor I waited for more than an hour for a water bottle which was even paid

Room had to be changed 3 times to find a functioning one. Had a guaranteed late checkout at 2:00pm. Received 2 intrusive calls from reception to verify this and then advised they had neglected to read the notes. Renovations in room next door started early and finished late and wait staff in restaurant spent their time socializing amongst themselves and on their phones. Edison, the duty manager, Basant, the porter and Soni from housekeeping were the saving graces.

Staff is so good all staff welcomes every guest property is also good location is easy. Property is very clean. Food is very delicious
