The room/apartment was indeed nice and big enough with a huge jacuzzi bath tub and a shower. Nice kitchenette area. An improvement could be make by providing washing up liquid and a sponge.

Had higher expectations from this hotel (based on the staring & other reviews). Room was good, with a kitchenette and nice enough big bathroom with a shower and even a jacuzzi. However, the Service fell short of the 4 star; it seems that the bigger the city & Hotel, the worse the service. I've stayed in a mere 3 star little places in Mumbai & Goa (& other Asian countries) and I had much better service there. The breakfast was certainly not as great as the reviews made out to be, either - a self service buffet style, in a very busy and small space (for a size of this hotel) with large array of choices BUT al cold omelette and not even a nice pastry (pastries were there but tasting/looking rather unappealing). The best were the fruit juices. If you're looking for all the amenities but so much a nicer service, this hotel might be for you... otherwise, try some of the lovely little boutique hotels/homestays. Also, don't get ripped off by using their airport taxi/shuttle bus for 1.500 rupees when Uber will cost you around 400.

We shouldn’t be asking for iron and ironing board and hair dryer. It should be in the room. Somebody was cooking on our floor and the smell looked like we are cooking in our room

Breakfast was good.

While the overall was good, but the bedsheets and pillows had a strange smell.

Helpful and supportive staff

Nothing particular but I would recommend to have a drier in their washing machine it would help in the weather of Mumbai otherwise exceptional place to stay

IT was good. The room service is very expensive and prices are very high. The quality of the food is just above avrage

Housekeeping is not up to the standards. Spying is there in the rooms.

Reception and staff at breakfast were very unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel needs an upgrade, well the room we had was very old Housekeeping staff dont replace stuff. we had to ask everyday specifically to replace things eg.hand towels, body wash, etc. No attention to detail Breakfast option is only Indian and very limited. Food taste was also very average Unsure how they have a 4 star on the website
