Rooms smell like cigarettes location is bad a lot of homeless outside the property

Breakfast? I didn’t know there was breakfast!

The restroom sink and itself were leaking. Flush was broken. Water in the restroom. Had to put towels to avoid any falling. A few guests were doing drugs and smoking by the gates and in their rooms and in the parking lot by the rooms. A guest was out talking in the midnight loud with someone plus smoking drugs. I was so scared and annoyed, had to call the office at 5 am. Homeless people a few feet’s away. Homeless came to the parking lot and checked the cars and area. Early in the morning, when I wanted to put my stuff in the car and leave, I was scared because of the homeless nearby!! Had to wait 30 minutes till 6:30 for the day light. No tissue box. Only one small trash can in the restroom. Refrigerator was on 0 and my food and drinks got melted. I didn’t realize until Saturday afternoon!

Front desk staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

The condition of the room did not meet expectations. The bedsheets were visibly dirty and stained, and when we requested fresh linens at the front desk, the request was denied due to the late hour (11pm). Additionally, the bedding in the room differed from the more modern covers shown in the photos; the darker, brown-toned linens made it difficult to assess their cleanliness. The walls were very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard throughout our stay. We were also concerned by activity on the street outside the motel that appeared to be related to prostitution, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, these issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay.
