Costs for bedding and cleaning should be included and not added either within the last week or at time of arrival. It should be more up front that these costs are extra.

"Lovely house in quiet neighborhood"

Lovely updated blouse in quiet residential neighborhood. The kids loved the trampoline in the back yard and the adults enjoyed the comfortable updated house interior as well as the large decked area in back.

It would have been better to learn of charges for sheets and towels at the time of booking rather than learning this about 48 hours before check in after full non-refundable had been made for the rental. A bit more instruction about appliances would have been helpful. It took us a while to discover the condensation trap on the dryer and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the towel racks
