Dos colchões / camas e sofá desconfortáveis. Vidro partido na porta, persiana avariada, acesso /manobras difíceis para estacionamento. Alpendre anterior inacessível devido a canteiro. Autoclismos ineficientes. Torneira de lavatório desapertada.
