"Very awful area not to recommend only pictures of the hotel looking good in reality is awful place!"

Size of the room and quite

Need more lighting and the were flooded during rainy seasons is like a very cheap area not value for money and it’s dark way of the it’s horrible during raining.

Rooms clean, Big, everything that you need. Noise really ok considering the amount of hotels nearby and staff is nice.

Breakfast not really for my taste (canned food) and the hotel is really hard to find, lots of small streets that don't appears in googlemaps. Also when its raining the patch to the hotel is Always flooded but that's not on them.

The staff is very helpful and nice, the owner gives you useful advice and they regularly clean the house.

When it rains, the road leading to the entrance can be flooded but it evaporates quite quickly.

"Find boakay quite beautiful island with so much to enjoy that I rate this as number one tourist dest"

Staff tried to support and resolve any issues promptly. Always helpful considerate and gave a feeling being at home.

Almost on the beach but after heavy rain small portion of access road becomes more adventurous but nothing to fell so bad.
