"A comfortable, quiet stay in an excellent location"

The room was comfortable and quiet considering the location in the heart of Varese. We really appreciated the thoughfulness of the fruit, snacks and drinks provided by the staff. The sun on the inner courtyard balcony in the morning was gorgeous.

The bathroom was okay, but the shower was not. Please Italy, stop using those awful '90s disco shower 'units'. Just a simple shower with a tap to control temperature, one decent shower head and flowing water is enough.

La posizione ottima, la stanza pulita, letto comodo.

Suggerisco fornire un phon che faccia uscire l’aria calda e non fredda e avendo una doccia idromassaggio con musica é un vero peccato avere l’acqua che esce solo dal doccino minuscolo.

Tutto. Innanzitutto il personale assolutamente premuroso, disponibile e gentile. La posizione favolosa in pieno centro. La camera molto bella e domotizzata, i servizi offerti come la macchinetta per il caffè, latte in frigo, frutta fresca.

Solo il lavandino del bagno (il bagno in sè molto bello e la doccia top) che per me era un po' scomodo

Very friendly & accommodating host, great central location, and nice selection of refreshments provided free of charge in the room.

Struggled with the voice control for curtains and lights! Luckily there was also a tablet that could be used, but took a little working out.
