Gracian Villa

The view was beautiful!

Location was far and ordering food was difficult

What a wonderful villa overlooking a valley in Kandy. The rooms are huge, well appointed and very clean. There are only 3 rooms in the villa, and we had two of them. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The owner Whatsapped me upon arrival to check in on us. I told him the pool was green - and he immediately addressed the issue. The infinity pool is wonderful overlooking a valley of Kandy - very quiet and picturesque. Breakfast was included (was wonderful) and we elected to have dinner there as well one night - the food made by the chef was amazing - one of the best dinners we had in Sri Lanka.

Not much to say negatively. The pool was somewhat green when we arrived but they fixed it quickly.

Brand new property a short distance from the city centre. The staff had excellent communication and were attentive. The modern villa was spacious and attention to detail has ensured the fit out and furnishings are stylish. The infinity pool is so picturesque nestled in the Kandyan hills overlooking a lush green landscape. Whilst at the pool or in the room there is no noise from the city just bird sounds. Highly recommend for your trip to Kandy.

Beautiful property, great location as it’s quiet and amazing views but still very close to Kandy. We had a beautiful stay. The staff are so warm and kind. The dinner was one of our best Sri Lankan meals. Beautiful pool and lovely linen.

Very helpful staff, my train tickets had to be delivered to hotel and they helped with that a lot. Also, great communication. I liked spacious room and modern bathroom. Also, very comfy bed. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but definitely felt that photos didn't match the reality.

The photos didn't match the property. It was presented as a luxury villa, but it was far from it. Food wasn't really great and very limited breakfast options. I just didn't find it good value for the money that was paid.

The view and the pool and the room were excellent.

Every single thing about Gracian Villla was incredible. From the lovely welcoming staff to the attention to detail with the decor. We were so sad to leave, we only had one night due to a previous hotel being cancelled and we were so glad it happened in the end as we never would have experienced a stay here!

Very modern and clean house a bit outside of Kandy center which makes it nice and quiet during the night. You can reach Kandy Center by tuk tuk in 10 min. Rooms are spacious clean and modern. Pool is amazing.
