I loved the peacefulness especially if you come from the busy Cape Town life. Even though the houses were at a good distance from each other, it was nice to see people walking and kids riding their bike as one always worries about safety

The only thing I would've wanted was a TV as my husband wanted to watch the Sprinkbok game

It was seamless to book with great friendly service. The property was very beautiful, spacious with everything you need. It was a lovely stay. 😁

Location

An extremely charming two bedroom cottage with all the amenities you could possibly need. A gorgeous view of the mountain and very close to a rocky little beach. Another, huge, sandy beach was about 1km away - absolutely stunning. We traveled with our dog and, although the front yard is not enclosed, there is a little enclosed back yard area.

There was nothing we did not like. Just a thought to perhaps add a window blind to the upstairs bathroom. Folks with toddlers should be careful of the staircase up to the loft bedroom/bathroom - not too safe for littlies.

The property is stunning, very spacious with beautiful views. The fire place and gas heater kept the place lovely and warm. The spacious kitchen was very well equipped. The paintings and décor gave our stay a special charm and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the walks to the beach and surrounding area. We highly recommend staying here, makes for a super comfy stay in beautiful surroundings. 10/10 for a cosy winter break.
