Gracias Place

The property is right at the beach. Ate joy is very considerate about everything we requested. I got free breakfast as well since we are just 3 and booked it for 4. I love the view although it is rainy and have storm still appreciate it. It doesn’t look appealing outside but inside were perfectly nice. It is worth the price kasi malaki rin ang room for family tlga siya or barkada so it is nice to stay here kasi very affordable we even extended our stay at nakatawad pa ko kay ate. Thank you tlga. Pra sakin just a place to rest and stay for your trip with reasonable price this totally worth it.

It doesn’t mean I didn’t like it but I guess kulang basahan pero binigyan nmn nila kami on our last day. Don’t expect na may maglilinis ng house sa inyo and change of beddings and towels. Para sakin one towel is enough since pede nmn siya patuyuin, sa paglilinis I clean the house why not ikaw din nmn nagstay bakit dimo rin linisin. I don’t demand kasi yun nmn din binayran ko and I don’t feel na dapat idemand ko since I’m adult nmn and can still do chores why not. I just like it the view itself right front of elnido beach. I also wake up early maglakad lakad since sa frontbeach nmn siya then back to house to clean a bit since di nmn kami magulo sa house. You have your refrigerator nmn pra magstock ng food paraw iwas bili ng bili. We already bought groceries papuntang elnido and all we need is to open it and it eat kapag gutom or need na.

the staff is very helpful and accomodating.

Aila was an amazing hostess and was extremely kind and helpful.

Access to the property was a little tricky with baggage and can only be accessed by the beach. Limited water supply was not mentioned on Booking.com.

They turn off the water without notification. Free breakfast but breakfast arrives almost 9AM already

Recepcionist really nice

The place is in front of the beach, nice view there is a pub with music so high. Impossible sleep.

Waking up seeing the picture perfect view of the beach. Aila, the caretaker is wonderful and very accommodating. Will definitely be coming back and surely recommend the place.

The view from ‘balcony’, the young lady working there was friendly and tryed to accomodate us but very poor management.

We checked out at 6am a day earlier than planned . Ruined our stay in El nido . Hard to find down small alleyway , narrow steep stairs to carry bag up. No water for few hours so couldn’t shower or go toilet . No power for few hours as no generator like the other properties around . No wifi til 2nd evening . Ridiculous noisy , basically there is a dj the other side of the bedroom wall from nightclub next door . Toilet blocked and had to wait few hours to be fixed . Room cleaned very poorly . I could go on with more but you get the picture . Owners need to invest in the place desperately to make it liveable .

Great location on the beach. Breakfast was very basic, no coffee or drinks..Staff did not clean for the duration of our stay.
