Is the best place to lodge as a family only you have a means of transport.

Clean and all check-in and checkout is automatic.

Nothing in particular. Just as a side note it should be noted eventually that we were provided of a car and it’s the best and easier way to reach the city centre of Verona since the apartment is a bit outside the centre.

We had to book Casa Terminel quickly as we were stranded due to flight cancellation. We moved from a room to an apartment in order to get access to a fridge. The rooms were very big and clean. It had just what was required, the hosts were excellent and helpful, and there was wifi.

Casa Terminel turned out to be in the middle of vineyards. Without a car it's a 30-minute walk to the nearest town to buy food to eat. You could download apptaxi to get a taxi, but we only managed to get one on the first day. Everyday after that there were no taxis available. Thankfully the host gave us the name of a taxi company when we arrived so we were able to pre-book a taxi to take us to the airport four days later.

As we travel with motobikes the parking was perfectly safe

Very clean, fully automated and newly renovated. Reasonable pricing for a quiet country location nearby Verona. The apartment was sizable and overall comfortable.

Mainly good for a short stay, the kitchen in the apartment had very minimalistic equipment and you'd have to buy lots of things if you stayed for more than a few days and intend to cook. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and the ground floor apartment was noisy as the windows are right on the entrance.
