Nothing did I like.

Extremely dirty place. The bedspreads, pillows and blankets were totally old and dirty. The washroom was extremely stinking and leaking.

Never stay their when u r with your family

Too much disturbance and staff is now cooperative and lacks responsibility

The worst hotel.. no cleanlinesss, no hygiene, no basic facilities provided. Fowl smell in the bathroom. Full of dust in the curtains and rooms. Not cleaned bedsheets and pillows. Fowl smell in the bed too. There was a sponge in the bathroom which had bad smell too. The water from the shower comes very low. Even with all these worst items, they charge too high for this worst room. Only the exterior looks like 5star hotel.

Dear team, Please find the below mentioned points in my observation. 1. The rooms are absolutely not cleaned and we have very pathetic floor conditions. 2. No proper bathroom fittings. 3. No hot water . 4. Room boys not responding sooner than expected things.from us. 5. No ventilation 6. Lights are very much powerful, Which will affect customer eyes. 7. No consumables. 8. Highest pollution by smokers, which was smoking by the adjacent room occupancies and it's not been restricted by hotel staff. 9. Overall feedback is very poor.

The receptionist Mr.Kannan supported us to live that day being newly joined, since he conveyed, when we asked the lillan requirement with him.
