Everything, I couldn't even stay there as it was too dusty and I am asthmatic. Didn't look anything like the photos. They didn't have another room available despite us complaining that i have asthma and it's too dusty. I had to rebook at another place to be able to sleep the night as we had traveled down for a funeral the next morning. Couldn't even cancel and no refund so I paid for nothing.

1. Air conditioner not working. 2. Curtains in the bathroom have mould 3. Blankets are smelly. I don’t think they get washed after being used by different guests.
ZALodge was clean and staff were friendly
Lodge was unorganized, and makes changes to what you initially pay for, to accommodate other guests. Giving a 5/10 rating only because after the making a noise about the crammed/incorrect room, no iron, broken ironing board and bathroom doors that don't close, was i put into another room that did work for me.
ZA1. Access to the property was not good. I had to wait outside the property at night (not very safe) for a while for someone to open. This was after numerous calls from the intercom. This was also an issue to leave the property. 2. Due to it being Easter weekend, the lodge was overbooked and there was a Church congregation (a few people) sitting outside my room on the patio chanting and praying aloud from around 3:00am on Sunday morning. I tried calling the Lodge to no avail.
ZAWe attended a wedding nearby and stayed for 2 nights. We felt extremely safe (which was important as the surrounding areas and lodgings were not as safe). The place does need a bit of deep cleaning but for the price we were very satisfied. Friendly and helpful staff.
Needs some deep cleaning. Curtains had stains. The basin in one of the bathrooms was blocked.
