The location was fine, cleanliness was maintained

AC wasn’t working, even after repeated requests, it seemed like they purposefully made sure we were troubled throughout our stay. Checked in at 4 and around 11:30 ish we received a proper room with a working AC. It was our 12 year anniversary and we flew in from London, and we were genuinely disappointed as our whole stay was arguing and asking for basic services. EVEN THE WIFI wasn’t working. 😑😑I do not have enough words to even describe the amount of disappointment we had. To top it all, the staff kept on saying how grateful we should have been to have been upgraded to a different room, despite all the troubles we faced because of them. We even booked a room a day before, which they confirmed and yet never responded to via email if we should consider our booking and travel all the way in the middle of the night. The staff is ALL FAKE SMILES AND UTTERLY MANIPULATIVE. Even though the location is good, if the staff is not good, competent or friendly, it’s not worth it. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

The site and the view is very good. Resort though is work in progress. I liked the owner though, nice young man. I wish him well. Staff though very limited, was good. Thali was good. Good value for money. Would definitely go there again.

No intercom. Not even basic toiletries. No towels. No restaurant. Only one item for breakfast. Only thalis are available. Approach road is hopeless. There must be a prominent display of name at the road junction.

Overall good , Worth for Money. Scenic view Good food

Need to focus more on cleanliness, Washroom having stinking smell despite of complaints no action taken
