Dorigem Rooms

DORIGEM Rooms was absolutely stunning with fabulous hosting and staff during our two night stay. Perfect place to unwind after a busy stay in Porto. A short drive to/from Pinhao made boat tour/dining out/exploring, easy. Free onsight tour of the Dorigem Museum is available anytime for guests. Accommodations were outstanding. There are only 2 units here so extremely peaceful at night. Their Wines and Port are exceptional! Would definitely recommend Dorigem Rooms for anyone traveling into the Douro Valley for a couple of days. (Taxi is easy from the Train station).

Amazing view from the room terrace Very, very comfy beds and pillows. Also 2 single beds are 1.2 meter and not 90 sm as they usually put in hotels. Great staff Onsite parking Winery and wine tasting on premises

Breakfast could have eggs as well, not healthy to have so much sweet things consumed in the morning

Prachtige locatie en supervriendelijk personeel! Heel mooie en ruime kamers met een prachtig terras. Doordat ze maar 2 kamers verhuren is het er ook zeer rustig. Ontbijt werd ook buiten gegeven met een adembenemend zicht op de Dourovallei!

Dois dias num lugar esplêndido, com uma serenidade ideal para o descanso e reflexão, paisagem de encher os olhos, instalações acolhedoras e bem limpas, um agradecimento especial ao Staff que nos recebeu muito bem, gente simpática 😉 pequeno almoço "campal" que ajuda ao despertar com outra alegria, e como extra recomento uma Tapa da casa para degustar ao anoitecer na varanda do quarto, obrigado pela experiência 😉

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming – a special thank you to Celia for making our stay even more enjoyable! The view over the Douro is truly exceptional. The room and bathroom were very nice, and we even received a bottle of wine produced by Dorigem themselves. Parking is available on-site, and the property is secured by gates at night (you’ll receive the code for access). Tapas are also available during the day upon request, though the price is a little high (25€).

La chambre très confortable , la vue de la terrasse exceptionnelle , la possibilité de demander un plateau de tapas pour accompagner la bouteille de vin offerte , la visite du musée de l'huile d'olive . ( Petit conseil : arriver vers 17h et partir avant 10h le matin pour éviter les groupes en minibus qui viennent pour les dégustations )

Wonderful people friendly staff, staying on site with a vineyard with olive oil tour was amazing. Susana was welcoming and the day we departed there were no taxis and Paulo the owner took us to the train station. Everything was above and beyond.

Nothing- it’s up on the hill but quiet and peaceful
