Magnificent views, comfortable and clean rooms, staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

As it is a winery and olive oil museum, during the day the property is very busy with vans and cars bringing tour groups. It’s difficult to park during these times. But if you arrive after 17:30 and leave before 10:30 you should be fine.

Absolutely gorgeous panoramic view from room and adjacent patio overlooking Douro Valley. Clean comfortable rooms.

Nothing. But location is limited for convenient access to restaurants if you’re driving, as the access roads are narrow, very hilly making it exciting/anxious 😳 for novice drivers, especially at night.

The apartment is located on the grounds of the D'Origem winery in Casal de Loivos. The views from the property are extraordinary. The unit has a large bedroom, living room with a sink and refrigerator, and a bathroom. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The outdoor patio is great for taking in the amazing panorama of the Douro valley. We were also given a tour of the Olive Oil Museum and a tasting of the wines and olive oils produced by D'Origem in their fantastic tasting room.

AMAZING VIEWS!!! Once we arrived and checked in all I could think of was the amazing views. our hostess was wonderful seeing to every need.

Getting there was quite a trip. use the hotel direction and don’t follow the GPS instructions. GPS will get you there but the road is a challenge.
