Cleanliness. Communication with the host. Comfortable bed. Central location.

The lights 💡in the apartment are of the kind that glow when it is dark (if this was not the case I would rate the apartment as 9 out of 10). Such lights are a bad idea in the bedroom especially if you sleep on your back and stare at them all night. . The kettle over boils and has much residue so it is not useful for making tea (should be replaced). A mop is needed because water inevitably spills out of the shower cubicle that is half open.
