Breakfast area

No early cin given, on booking.com it show 20 percent discount while booking. Which was not given on food bill. Upon asking also to send invoice on mail. It's not received. Pathetic.

location was good and breakfast menus were good.

I didn't like the rooms. First room offered was very dirty. No cleanliness. Then i was shifted to another room. In that room also i had seen couple of cockroaches.

Location is good, unfortunately not had breakfast as already having Breakfast Meeting elsewhere. WiFi is chargeable hence not used. Stay was comfortable but not excellent. Reception staff is still learning. Overall experience is Good. Restaurant should be kept open till 11 pm as late comers can get food.

We have to ask for hand towels and dental kit and moisturizer was also not available.

I had paid 111 K for two nights .... breakfast was not even included. No room for driver, driver was denied charging his phone. so many other bad experience. Very poor ...
