Friendly staff, good food, nice room, great pool and facilities.

Wet room (toilet next to open shower). Drainage system of shower was slightly smelly. All in all still extremely nice stay, fully recommend!

Great place to visit Essaouira and the seaside! Pleasant hosts, with great attention to the guests. Excellent breakfast! A bit cold pool but with a nice area around. The hotel is right next to the road so it’s easy to get to but you can hear cars /motorbikes drive by. It wasn’t a problem for me but if you look for a calm oasis, it can be a bit annoying.

Quite expensive food if you order dinner. We were in Morocco in different hotels, including 4-star places, so we have a good comparison. I would still recommend it because it was tasty and it’s a nice thing to do instead of driving around in the dark looking for a restaurant.

My stay at Cavanna Lodge Table d’hôtes Piscine & SPA Adults-Only was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond to help arrange activities during my stay, making sure I got the most out of the experience. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal felt like a treat prepared with genuine care and creativity. One of the most touching moments was when the staff noticed my birthday from my passport and surprised me with a cake, even though I hadn’t mentioned it. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day! Everything about Cavanna Lodge radiates warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. It’s such a lovely place to unwind and feel pampered. I’ll definitely be coming back frequently — it already feels like a home away from home.

The hostess Alexandra was very helpful and friendly. The property was quiet and nice with loving pool and tables for dinner around. We appreciate the support of the staff. Very relaxing place. We love the food as the fruits and vegetables were produced in the area

We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen met muntthee en koekjes door Mounir en later door Alexandra. De accommodatie is fantastisch. Onze kamer grensde aan het terras en ruime zwembad wat heerlijk was. De hele lodge is zeer smaakvol en met oog voor detail ingericht. Op de kamer was een koelkastje met drankjes en een waterkoker met onbeperkt koffie en thee. Het ontbijt was meer dan uitstekend. Iedere dag was er een wisselend gerecht en altijd was er een eiergerecht naar keuze. Dit alles werd zeer snel en professioneel geserveerd door ook een Alexandra. Beiden dames zijn uitstekende gastvrouwen. Voor aankomst kregen we al een berichtje dat de kamer klaar was en of we gebruik wilde maken van het restaurant in de avond. De eerste avond hebben we dit gedaan en het diner was prima. Er wordt ook wijn geschonken. De locatie is buiten het centrum van Essaouira waardoor het heel rustig was. Wij kwamen met de auto en het is heel makkelijk te vinden en ook de weg naar het centrum van Essaouira is heel makkelijk te rijden, ook in het donker. We danken de beide Alexandra's en Mounir voor een geweldige 3 dagen ontspanning.

Het zou fijn zijn als er standaard een wissertje in de badkamer zou zijn want de hele vloer is nat na het douchen. Alexandra heeft ons een grote wisser gegeven wat heel fijn was.
