Super süßes Hotel etwas außerhalb, aber trotzdem nah am Zentrum. Das Personal, besonders Cinta sind super freundlich. Immer bekommt man Hilfe wenn man was braucht. Wir kommen sehe gerne wieder.

Chambre très spacieuse avec terrasse extérieure pour prendre son café. Belle piscine entouré d'un très beau jardin. En face de la partie magnifique de la plage de Kuta. A l'écart du bruit perpétuel du centre ville. Personnel très sympathique et serviable merci Alfi pour votre accueil et ce séjour.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Cinta at the reception as well as the rest of the team made my stay more pleasant. The location is nice, right off the beach and maybe 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars

Lovely location, nice spacious room, and excellent staff. Really nice relaxing quiet Hotel.

There’s nothing to dislike, on the first day our AC wasn’t working however that was promptly fixed at the next day. The staff were excellent. However please note that this accommodation is not owned and managed by locals, in hindsight I would much prefer to stay somewhere owned and managed by Lombok residents to support the community.

Good location, comfy bed. Staff were nice.

Sadly the accommodation is slightly run down. Broken air con - when raised, the maintenance opened the aircon up and revealed an extremely dirty filter that even they were shocked at. The shower water smelt like mouldy eggs and was febreezed in order to resolve it. Also had worms and cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff on shift attempted to help but weren’t able to do much. A review of the entire complex is very much needed, as having spoken to a few other customers, they had similar problems.
