Great location . Lovely appartment nice decor and terrace . Very clean . Staff very helpful .

Only recommendation was for a king bed rather than 4foot 6 .

All was perfect !

Spacious apartment in a lovely location. Lots of cute details made the apartment very attractive. Communications, though done remotely, were effective and efficient.

- (This is not something that affected me, as I managed, but visitors should be aware that there is no elevator and no staff on site to help with luggage).

Location is excellent. Very close to restaurants and the main plazas but in a quiet street. Very quiet at night. Host was helpful and responsive. Kitchen is well-stocked.

Host's restaurant recommendations didn't work for us. To be fair, the problem is that Ortigia's restaurants and hotels are a bit overpriced for what they offer. If you walk 15-20 min to Siracuse or even 10 min away to the Ortigia Mercado you find better food. Better yet, visit lots of other cute small towns in Sicily that aren't as overtouristed.

Location, clean and comfortable

The only thing I could say that I missed was a dishcloth and tea towel.

Very nice apartments full of charm and well decorated with great rooftop terraces. Plenty of space. Very authentic yet modernly arranged. Clean and well located. Staff very helpful.

The pillows were too hard

The ease of access through PIN codes was great - no bulky keys. The Aloe apartment is very clean. You have one bedroom, a living area with cupboard kitchen, and a bathroom with a great shower. The kitchen is behind cupboard doors and has a sink, hob, microwave, kettle and small fridge. You also have your own private outside roof terrace up some stairs, but the local cars are your competition. The apartment is great for a short stay.
