Apartman je bio čist i uredan, pogled je super te se vidi i dvorac Bojnice. U apartmanu ima usisavač, perilica rublja, kuhinja je super opremljena (aparat za kavu, toster, kuhalo), sušilo za kosu, smart tv...

Bolo veľmi horúco na byte , svieti tam celý deň slnko. Našťastie to v spálni trochu zachránil stropný ventilátor. Platené parkovanie v pracovné dni od 7:00-16:00 aj, keď v popise na Bookingu bolo bezplatné parkovanie.

This is by far the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had among those booked through booking.com (I have been to more than 100 countries). The apartment has no AC and it’s not stated, as Dajana claimed, in the description. Even though I arrived in early June (June 8 to be exact), the room being at the top floor was as hot as an oven. The ceiling fan helped little and I couldn’t fall into sleep the entire night because of the heat. Out of the 7 lodging places I stayed in Slovakia for this trip, Sky apartment is the only one that provides no AC. Next, parking is problematic. Apartment’s description says free public parking is available on site. Actually, it’s just street parking and when I arrived in the mid afternoon, the only parking space I could find was about 100 meters away from the apartment. It took quite some effort for me to carry the luggage to cover this distance to the apartment. To top it off, the communication with Dajana was horrible! She sent me check in and check out instructions in Slovak(how considerate!). When questioned, she patronized me by saying that I have Google translator and other on line language translation tools to use. Well, I did try the Google translator and it gave me this translation: Thank you for the reservation :) Check IN - You can stay at any time after 16:00 in Dana Deñ. Check Out - Departure to 11:00 in Dana Deñ. The message was very clear, isn’t it? When I had the problem in check in, I tried to send a message through booking.com to Dajana for urgent help with no answers for quite sometime. Then I tried to call her using the contact phone number listed on booking.com. Again no one was there to pick up the phone. Interesting enough, the listed contact number is a German number starting with 49! In summary, it’s a miserable stay and I was completely exhausted and stressed out!!!

Nice, cosy and modern. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The owner was so lovely and helpful.

We liked everything, the only thing that we would have benefited from was a fan and bedding with cooling effect as the weather was too hot and the apartment got really warm.

All were according to the description. Expectations were full filled
