"The perfect location to visit Trondheim without the hassle of entering the city."

Storsand Gard is a large mixed campsite about 25 minutes bus ride from Trondheim. I staying in an apartment in a former farmhouse on site. It had been recently converted, was very spacious, comfortable and nicely equipped. There was lots of good free parking. There was a small shop on site and a fantastic bakery about 10 minutes walk away. The bus stop outside the site had regular services into Trondheim which was perfect. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Lovely apartment.

We arrived in one of the hottest days which was unheard of and there is no air-conditioning, but in fairness it was exceptionally hot and unusual for the area which the staff explained, but we were provided fans which helps slightly.
