Место расположение хорошое, уличный душ после моря отлично, много лежаков , тихое спокойное место .

Не хватало стиральной машины, и мебель нуждается в замене или ремонте.

Fantastic location, beachfront to Novigradsko more, featuring 2 private sundecks (one of them surrounded by a beautiful garden). Literally few steps from the house to the sea. Excellent place for water sports as well (e.g. you can have a kayak or boat tied to the private deck all the time). Excellent grill facilities with all you need for a perfect bbq. Great terrace and garden to have your meals or have a glass of wine while admiring the beautiful sunset. Safe parking in the backyard of the house. Everything better than pictures are showing. Good supermarket at only 5 minutes driving while old town and port of Zadar is ~35 minutes away. All in all, the perfect place for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds but still close to some touristic attractions.

The property is very well maintained and nothing is missing. The location is isolated enough that you can enjoy the complete silence during night. Plenty of recreation space, either on the apartment terrace, or the lower terrace under the trees, or directly on the private beach front. The host has a lot of beautiful flowers, which we enjoyed to take care during our stay. The beach front is amazing, with access directly to water directly from the house.

The place was beautiful, quiet. Excellent communication with the hostess, who left us some nice things in the fridge to welcome us :-) It was great to have a private beach where we could leave our belongings without any worries. The entire holiday home was clean and well-equipped, and it was evident that it had been well-maintained. One of the best holidays!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, inklusive Sekt und Wein im Kühlschrank.Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, Insektenschutz an jedem Fenster, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, gut ausgestattete Küche, sicherer Parkplatz am Haus. Die sehr nette deutsch sprechende Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und schnell vor Ort.
