Large room and comfortable bed. Nice shower. Conveniently located for our needs. Provided coffee and breads for breakfast which was helpful as we arrived late and it was our first night in Italy.

Property is near a main road but you could not hear the traffic noise. It suited our needs but may not suit everyone. Limited facilities - just a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Ok for one night. Communication was ok but felt 'unfriendly' and in stark contrast to where we stayed for the remainder of our time in the area.
