Real objesctive positive sides for apartment 308 and parking spot 127: * First of all, the staff were extremely friendly! Available via message and phone call, always responding quickly and promptly. * Excellent location. Only 7 minutes from Galeria mall, with the city center and Kalemegdan 2–3 kilometers away. A convenient area near the Sava River and promenade, with plenty of greenery. * Overall, the apartment was tidy and well-maintained. It was clear that it had been prepared and cleaned, although there are a few details that could be improved. * Parking available in the heart of Belgrade. * Great amenities in the accommodation: air conditioning, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, dishes—everything you need. * A beautiful balcony and a wonderful atmosphere.

Real objective downsides: * A walk-in shower could be in better condition. From our perspective it is 8/10. It is clean, but some spots are visible. * Some dirty spots on the walk but not too much relevant for the general cleanness situation. * Bed too loud when you move. Subjective downsides: * Bed too soft. * We came with the 15 month old baby, could be too noisy from 8PM to midnight. Tuned cars, show off, etc. Even without baby if you sleep hard, which for not is not the case. * Studio without separate room could be an issue for coming with a baby. If baby sleep, you cant do anything.

Nagyon modern, tiszta környék. Sok drága autó a garázsban.
